WATER STREET 1. 1035 (South Side) No II (Duke House) TR 3753 SE 2/424 II GV 2. Early C19, 3 storeys and basement stuccoed. Hipped tiled roof and parapet. 2 sashes with glazing bars intact. The Robert Street elevation slopes to 1 storey and has 3 sashes with Venetian shutters. Nos I to 11 (consee) form a group.
