OAK STREET 1. 1035 (North Side) No 13 TR 3752 NE 1/383 II GV 2. Outwardly Mid C19, but probably an C18 building refronted. 2 storeys and attics roughcast. Tiled roof with 1 dormer. 2 sashes with verticals only. Modern door. Nos 13 and 15 form a group.
