The following text is from the original listed building designation:
MIDDLE DEAL ROAD 1. 1035 (North West Side) No 362 (Eythorne Cottage) TR 35 SE 5/127 II 2. Early C19. 3 storeys brown brick. Hipped slate roof. 3 sashes, the ground floor windows with cambered head linings. Doorcase with pilasters, open pediment semi-circular fanlight and 6 panel moulded door.
