The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. BLENHEIM ROAD 1035 (West Side) Nos 9 and 11 TR 35 SE 5/222 II GV 2. Early C19. 2 storeys rendered. Half hipped tiled roofs with 2 dormers. 2 sashes with glazing bars missing. No 9 has a shop front. No 11 has a simple cambered doorcase. No 3 to 13 (odd) form a group.
