BEACH STREET 1. 1035 (West Side) No 171 (The Deal Cutter) TR 3753 SE 2/214 II GV 2. Early to Mid C19. 2 storeys roughcast. Tiled roof with 1 dormer. 2 sashes with verticals only. Applied eclectic pseudo timber-framing. Ground floor has later window and right side later C19 door. Nos 167 to 175 (odd) and No 179 form a group.
