The following text is from the original listed building designation:
BEACH STREET 1. 1035 (West Side) No 189 TR 3753 SE 2/35A II GV 2. Early C19. 3 storeys stuccoed. Hipped tiled roof. 2 sashes with Venetian shutters on the ground floor. Left side doorcase has cornice supported on 3 console brackets. No 183 to 199 (odd) form a group.
