The following text is from the original listed building designation:
BEACH STREET 1. lO35 (West Side) No 61 TR 3752 NE 1/12 II GV 2. Early C19. 3 storeys roughcast, now painted over. Hipped tiled roof with parapet arid coping. 2 sashes without glazing bars but with shutters. 3-light bay to 1st floor. Later shopfront. Included for group value. Nos 59 to 69 (odd) form a group.
