Gate lodge. Late C19. Timber framed and plastered on red brick tile hung and flint base with plain tiled roof. Irregular plan of projecting gabled wings. One storey and attic with star-moulded clustered stacks to rear. Coved eaves with pierced barge boarded gables to right and to left return. Irregular fenestration of mullioned and transomed windows and oriels, with half-glazed traceried four centred arched door in projecting porch. Flint outshot to rear. Influenced in style by the Devey Cottages in the area, and similar to Keeper's Cottage, item 3/109.
