Findspot record TQ 77 SW 35 - Roman bowl, Brompton farm, Frindsbury Extra
Summary
Part of a late Roman bowl was found by the driver of a mechanical excavator. The bowl was inlaid with silver. It was handed to the British Museum, pending an inquest. Several pieces of Roman tile were found in the topsoil of the adjacent field.
