NORTHBOURNE LITTLE BETTESHANGER TR 35 SW
4/16 Home Farm, Little Betteshanger

House. C17 and late C18. Red brick extended with pink brick. Plain tiled roofs. Entrance front: C18. Two storeys with hipped roof and stacks projecting at end left and at end right. Regular fenestration of 5 glazing bar sashes on first floor and 4 on ground floor, all with painted cambered heads. Central door of 6 panels, the top 2 glazed in panelled surround and with panelled outer shutters, and with moulded surround and consoles to cornice. Rear wing: C17. Two storeys on plinth with plat band and roof with kneelered parapet gable and central stack cluster. Irregular fenestration of wooden casements and glazing bar sashes on each floor, originally of 4 bays. Central 2 storey gabled porch, the upper window, with label and raised centre, now blocked in, and with boarded door in four centred arched doorway with moulded label and plat band over.
