2/257 Outbuilding about 20 metres south west of Newhouse Farmhouse

Cottage/outhouse. C17. Red brick in irregular bond with plain tiled roof. One storey with parapet gabled roof and stack at end right. Four segmentally headed wooden casements and boarded door to right. Included for group value.
