The following text is from the original listed building designation:
GOODNESTONE SADDLER'S HILL TR 25 SE (north side) 3/85 Yew Tree Farmhouse 13.10.52 GV II House. Early C19. Red brick and plain tiled roof. Two storeys with stacks projecting at end left and at end right. Regular fenestration of 3 glazing bar sashes on first floor and 2 on ground floor with gauged heads. Central door of 4 moulded panels with traceried semi-circular fanlight in gauged double rebated surround.

The listing for this record, and the NGR in the description above, is wrongly located being placed 30 m to the north-east. Historic England has been notified and when the amendment is changed the listing will also be moved.
