The following text is from the original listed building designation:
EYTHORNE BARFRESTONE TR 25 SE 3/18 Kilmun GV II House. C17 or earlier and mid C18. Painted brick and thatched and plain tiled roof. L-shaped plan. Main range of 1 storey and attic with hipped roof and stacks to left and to centre right, with 2 raking dormers. Two wooden casements. Projecting wing to right, 2 wooden casements and boarded door to right with segmental heads, and half-glazed door in re-entrant of wings.
