The following text is from the original listed building designation:
NONINGTON EASOLE STREET TR 25 SE (west side) 3/140 Trinity Court GV II House. C17 altered and extended early C19. Red brick in Header bond with slate roof with rendered rear wing. Two storeys on plinth with hipped roof and stacks to left and to right. Regular fenestration of 2 glazing bar sashes on each floor with segmental heads on ground floor in red and blue brick, in part inserted over earlier and now blocked window openings. Central door of 6 raised and fielded panels in gabled porch. store Cottage to right is a projecting late C19 wing with C20 metal casements and is of no special interest.
