The following text is from the original listed building designation:
NONINGTON FROGHAM TR 25 SE 3/135 Vine Cottage GV II House. C18 altered mid C19. Red brick,part rendered and plain tiled roof. Two storeys with hipped roof and central triple stack with projecting central 2 storey bargeboarded porch. Regular fenestration of 3 metal casements on first floor and 2 on ground floor all with moulded label hoods except the central window with blind hood. Central boarded door in four centred arched surround with label hood. The side windows of the central porch retain their original latticed metal casements. Small blank shield in head of gable. Included for group value.
