GOODNESTONE THE STREET TR 25 SE 3/113 (East Side) 13.10.52 West House GV II The entry shall be deleted from the list.
GOODNESTONE THE STREET TR 25 SE (east side) 3/113 West House 13.10.52 GV II House. C16 clad early C18 and extended late C19. Timber framed and clad with painted brick with thatched roof. Extended with painted and rough- cast brick with applied timber and with plain tiled roof. Two storeys on plinth with plat band and hipped roof with stack cluster to centre right. Four leaded wooden casements on each floor and central door of 4 raised and fielded panels withflat hood on brackets. Projecting at left, a late C19 wing, 2 storeys with continuous jetty, pendant gable and central stack and 2 wooden casements on each floor. Catslide outshot to rear. Formerly the Steward's house to Goodnestone Park.
