The following text is from the original listed building designation:
AYLESHAM OLD COURT TR 25 SW Granary about 30 2/2 metres east of Old Court Farmhouse
GV II Granary. Circa 1700 . Red brick in irregular garden wall bond with plain tiled roof. The front and rear sections are not bonded together, the rear elevation with later C18 rebuilding. Two storeys on plinth with plat band and hipped roof. Single loft door to west (facing the house) and 2 segmentally headed doorways to rear ground floor.
