The following text is from the original listed building designation:
EYTHORNE THE STREET TR 24 NE (South Side) 4/39 Copley House 14.5.85 II House. Early C19. Yellow stock brick front elevation with flint and rubble side wall and plain tiled roof. Three storeys with stacks to left and to right. Three glazing bar sashes on first and second floors and 2 on ground floor all with painted heads. Central glazed door and semi-circular fnalight in semi-circular rebated surround. Interior: Doors, fireplaces and straight baluster stairs all early C19 reported.
