The following text is from the original listed building designation:
NONINGTON FROGHAM TR 25 SE 3/134 House about 30 metres west of Gate Cottage (Park Farm) GV II House. Dated 1709. Red brick and plain tiled roof. One storey and attic on plinth with plat band . Half-hipped roof with 2 gabled dormers and stack to centre left. Two wooden casements on ground floor and central boarded door, all with segmental heads. Date stone over door inscribed: T W A 1704
