The following text is from the original listed building designation:
ASH NASH TR 25NE 5/30 Little Nash Farmhouse II
House. Circa 1700. Red brick part in irregular bond part in English bond. Plain tiled roof. Two cell lobby entry plan. Two storeys on high plinth with plat band and hipped roof, with central stack forward of ridge. Two glazing bar sashes with small central horizontally sliding sash on first floor, and 2 glazing bar sashes on ground floor, all with segmental heads. Central C20 raking porch with glazed door.
