House. C17. Painted brick and plain tiled roof. One storey and attic with half-hipped roof, 1 raking dormer and stacks to left and projecting and off- set at front right. Four wooden casements and boarded door to centre right in raking porch.

This cottage was also used as the Parish Workhouse prior to 1834 (Kent Archaeological Society Tithe listing).
