The following text is from the original listed building designation:
EASTRY FELDERLAND LANE TR 35 NW (norht side) 6/128 Felderland House 11.10.63 GV II*
House. Early C18. Red brick and plain tiled roof. Two storeys and attic on plinth with plat band, both rendered, and wooden moulded modillion eaves cornice to hipped and swept roof with 2 hipped dormers and stacks to end left and centre right. Six glazing bar sashes on first floor and 5 on ground floor with gauged heads. Door of 6 raised and fielded panels to centre left with rectangular fanlight and pilastered stone surround with triglyph frieze and cornice.Basement opening to right. Interior; chamfer and tongue moulded ceiling joists and inglenooks (infilled). Raised and fielded panelling in 4 principal rooms. Bolection moulded fire surrounds. Fielded panelled shutters to windows. Stair with dog-leg and 2 half landings with ramped handrail and barley sugar balusters and dado panelling.
