BEACH STREET 1. 10j5 (West Side) No 17 TR 3752 NE 1/182 II GV 2. Mid C19. 3 storeys stuccoed. Hipped slate roof. Parapet and moulded eaves cornice. Long and short quoins. 3 sashes with verticals only. lst floor has 2 canted bays. Ground floor has simple round-headed doorcase. Included for group value. Nos 1 to 19 (odd) form a group.
