BEACH STREET 1. lO35 (West Side) No 63 TR 3752 NE 1/13 II GV 2. Early C19. 3 storeys cement rendered. Hipped tiled roof. 2 sashes with verticals only on 2nd floor and 3-light bay on 1st floor. Later shopfront. Included for group value. Nos 59 to 69 (odd) form a group.
