The following text is from the original listed building designation:
BEACH STREET 1. 1035 (West Side) No 81 TR 5752 NE 1/17 II GV 2. C18. 2 storeys and attic stuccoed. Hipped tiled roof with dormer. The Beach Street front has been entirely refronted but the original windows in Market Street remain. 1st floor bay window and ground floor later C19 shopfront with 4 pilasters. Nos 73 to 87 (odd) form a group.
