The following text is from the original listed building designation:
BEACH STREET 1. 1035 (West Side) No 105 (Stanford House) TR 3752 NE 1/194 II GV 2. Late C18 to early C19. 3 storeys and basement stuccoed. Parapet. 2 sashes and 1st floor 3-light bay. Left side doorcase is round-headed with 3 concentric round-headed surrounds and keystone. Semi-circular fanlight. 2 steps to street. No 101 and Nos 105 to 117 (odd) form a group.
