The following text is from the original listed building designation:
DOLPHIN STREET 1. 1035 (North Side) No 2 TR 3753 SE 2/115A II GV 2. C18. 2 storeys and attic red brick. Old tiled roof with remains of eaves cornice. Modern dormer. 1 sash set in moulded wooden window surrounds with glazing bars intact. Fluted doorcase with narrow hood. 6 panelled door. Nos 1 to 11 (consec) form a group with No 164 Middle Street.
