The following text is from the original listed building designation:
BEACH STREET 1. 1035 (West Side) No 127 TR 3752 NE 1/202 II GV 2. Mid C19. 3 storeys and basement stuccoed. Hipped slate roof. 2 sashes with verticals only. Left side doorcase with rectangular fanlight and 3 panelled door. 2 steps to street. Included for group value. Nos 119 to 127 (odd) form a group. Also No 127 forms a group with Nos 13 and 14 Coppin Street.
