The following text is from the original listed building designation:
BEACH STREET 1. 1035 (West Side) No 185 TR 3753 SE 2/35A II GV 2. Early C19. 3 storeys stuccoed. Tiled roof. 2 sashes with verticals only to 2nd floor. 1st floor has a 3 light canted bay. The ground floor has 1 3-light bay with verticals only and a simple doorcase with rectangular fanlight. No 183 to 199 (odd) form a group.
