ALFRED SQUARE 1. 1035 (North Side) No 4 TR 3753 SE 2/170 II GV 2. Mid C19, 3 storeys and basement rendered. Slate roof. 1 sash with verticals only. Left side decrease with pediment and reeded pilasters. 4 steps to street. Included for group value. Nos 1 to 8b (consec) form a group with No 1 Sandown Road.
