The following text is from the original listed building designation:
GOLDEN STREET 1. 1035 (North Side) No 4 TR 3753 SE 2/78 II GV 2. Late C18 to early C19. 2 storeys and basement stuccoed. Parapet with stone coping and dormer. 1 sash with glazing bars intact. Left side doorcase with open pediment and pilasters, panelled reveals and 6 fielded panelled door. 4 steps to street. Nos 1 to 6 (consec) form a group.
