The following text is from the original listed building designation:
COPPIN STREET 1. 1035 (South Side) No 13 TR 5752 NE 1/71B II GV 2. Late C18 to early C19. 2 storeys basement and attics painted brick. Old tiled roof with dormer. 1 sash with glazing bars intact. Right side doorcase with flat cornice and moulded architrave. 6 fielded panelled door with top 2 panels cut away and glazed. 2 steps to street. Plinth. Nos 13 and 14 form a group together with No 127 Beach Street.
