The following text is from the original listed building designation:
MIDDLE STREET 1. 1035 (West Side) No 117 TR 3753 SE 2/62A II GV Mid C19. 3 storeys and basement stuccoed. Parapet 2 sashes with verticals only. Right side inserted doorcase with pediment and paterae, panelled reveals and 6 panelled door, the top 2 panels cut away and glazed. Nos 105 to 119 (odd) form a group.
