The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5275 MILLWALL
Walling and Bridge of the Delf Stream at the entrance to the Millwall TR 3357 NW 2/198M 19.5.50.

2. The Delf Stream flows along New Street on the east side and is spanned by a stone and flint arch of Gothic form, with some dutch brick, probably of mediaeval origin and construction, but much altered.
