EASTRY BROOK STREET TR 3154 (north side) Amber Close 13/109 GV II
House. C17, altered mid C20. Painted brick on flint base and plain tiled roof. One storey and attic on plinth with kneelered gables, 4 hipped dormers and stacks to left, to rear centre and to right. Four wooden casements and central boarded door. C20 conservatory at end left. Two storey range to rear, almost detached from main range, the upper storey timber framed and roughcast on painted brick ground floor, originally non-domestic in use.
