The following text is from the original listed building designation:
EASTRY CHURCH STREET TR3054 (west side) 12/122 Little Close GV II
House. Circa 1700. Painted brick and plain. tiled roof. One storey and attic on plinth. Roof hipped to right with kneelered gable to left, 3 hipped dormers and stacks at end left and to right. Irregular fenestration of 3 segmental headed glazing bar sashes, that to end right at higher level than those to left. Large wooden casement to centre right; all with shutters. Segmental headed doorway to left with rib and stud door.
