ASH TR 2858 THE STREET (north side) 10/64 No 18 (Young's cottage) (formerly listed as part of 11.10.63 Lee Cottage and Meadow Cottage) GV II
House. C17. Painted brick, part rendered, and plain tiled roof. Lobby entry plan in East Kent Artisan Mannerist style. Two storeys and plat band with 2 pilaster strips to centre. Moulded wooden eaves cornice to roof with stacks to centre left and rear end left, and kneelered parapet gable at left. Three glazing bar sashes on first floor and 4 on ground floor all with moulded frames. Door of 6 raised and fielded panels to centre left with fluted Doric pilaster surround and cornice.
