The following text is from the original listed building designation:
ASH NEW STREET TR 2958 (south side) 11/34 Flint House, Flint House Cottage (No 21) II
House, now house pair. Mid C19. Flint with yellow brick dressing and slate roof. Two storeys on plinth with hipped roof and 4 stacks ranged to rear. Regular fenestration of 5 glazing bar sashes on first floor and 4 on ground floor with quoined and keyed surrounds. Central door of 6 panels with rectangular fanlight in large Ionic porch with parapet. Inserted C20 door in left return.
