Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
ASH GUILTON TR 25 NE (south side) 5/16 Guilton Farmhouse 11.10.63 and garden wall GV II
House. Late C18. Red brick, rendered on return elevations. Plain tiled roof. Two storeys and attic on plinth with plat band, cornice and parapet to double span roof, hipped to front elevation, with 2 flat roofed dormers and stacks to left and 2 right. Regular fenestration of 2 tripartite glazing bar sashes and central single glazing bar sash on first floor and 2 segmental headed tripartite glazing bar sashes on ground floor, all with margin light glazing bars. Central half-glazed door with rectangular fanlight within wide Doric porch, the inner wall of porch of wood in banded rusticated pattern. Wall about 7 feet high of red brick to left of house projecting about 5 feet forward of house with boarded door, and returned to left about 40 yards and buttressed.
