Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
TR 24 NE SHEPERDSWELL & COLDRED COXHILL (west side) 2/102 Beech Cottage GV II House. Late C17. Red brick and plain tiled roof. Two storeys on plinth with plat band with stack to end right, and C20 flue projecting to end left. Two leaded wooden casements on each floor, with cambered heads on ground floor, that to right rebuilt late C20. Central half-glazed door with open pedimented hood on brackets. Later rendered and flint-built wing to rear.
