2. Early to mid C19.  Architect probably Amon Henry Wilds,  3 storeys stuccoed. Slate roof with wide moulded modillion cornice.  4 round-headed sashes to each floor with pilasters and shell motif.  Most glazing bars intact.  Modern shopfront.
Forms a group with No 39 and the former Stables to No 39, The Terrace.
