23.2.81 Rookery Farm Thatched Barn
II
C17 with later repairs. Softwood timber-framed and weatherboarded aisled barn of 8 bays with 2 midstreys. Hipped part thatched roof. The 2 south bays have cambered tie beams with queen struts, northward alterations have blurred the original design.

Historic England archive material: BF097155 Rookery Farm, Jeskyns Road, Cobham File contains reports created for the Kent Farmsteads Survey - RCH01/050 with the following reference numbers: Rookery Farm KFS-000039, Stable KFS-000039/1, Cartshed KFS-000039/2, Granary KFS-000039/3, Shelter Shed KFS-000039/4, Barn KFS-000039/5 and also includes 8 photocopied external surveyor's 35mm prints. Buildings are now known as Rookery Farm Barn, Rookery Cottage and The Stables, after residential conversion in the early 1990s.
