II
C16 timber-framed. Brick cased C18 extension to west C19. Tiled hipped roof. Wood eaves cornices. Casement and sash windows with glazing bars. Porch of turned wood and tile on west. Internally C16 screen wall with 4-centre arched service doorways.

In June 2018, an examination of the standing building was conducted. The report concludes that 'a house of 14th century date existed here and was largely rebuilt in the late 15th century'. Three stratified fragments of pottery dating to between 1250 and 1400 CE were found 5m east of the house. (2)
