II
The stump of Higham and Roses Windmill built by Sir Richrd Head and truncated in 1921. Octagonal building consisting of 2 storeys, the ground floor stuccoed, the 1st floor faced with corrugated iron. Included for group value only. Listing NGR: TQ7116571377 (1)

Description from record TQ 77 SW 23:
[TQ719715] Half mile east of Higham church. This mill stood in a prominent position overlooking acre upon acre of undulating farmland until 1920 when, owing to damage caused in a gale, it was demolished to base level. Originally a smock mill. (2)
