C18 externally, probably of older origin. Ground floor painted brick. First floor rendered. North wall weatherboarded and tarred. Tiled roof. Sash windows with glazing bars. Entrance door under small hood with brackets. Early C19 addition at south end of painted brick with eaves cornice, slated roof and door with moulded architrave and flat hood.
