C18. Cement rendered walls, tiled roof, new tiles on rear and catslide. Two sash windows with glazing bars intact on ground floor, 3 similar windows on 1st floor, 2 hipped, tiled dormers. Solid front door (possibly original) with flat hood on wooden brackets. Original sash windows remain on both side elevations.
