TQ 67 SE SHORNE THE STREET 2/144 21.11.66 Nos 8 and 10 (formerly listed as Home-Mead Albany Cottage
II
Late C18. Red brick with grey headers. Roof of clay tiles, mansarded at front. Part of terrace, No 10 being end of terrace. Two storeys plus attic storey. Doorway to No 10 has rectangular fanlight over and door with 6 raised and fielded panels. Three sash windows with glazing bars intact to ground floor; 5 similar windows to first floor. Two dormer windows with lead coverings to tops and cheeks. brick modillion eaves cornice. Brick string course at first floor level. Originally one house.
