C17 or earlier. Timber-framed, 2-storey house with brick end walls. Rendered ground floor scored to resemble masonry. Oversailing first floor supported on brackets and a pillar at the south end, covered with weatherboarding. Half-hipped roof covered with clay tiles. Three windows all casements with glazing bars intact. Off centre doorway with door of 6 moulded panels.
