2. A mid C19 corner building. 3 windows to West Street elevation. 11 sashes to Town Quay elevation. 3 storeys brown brick. Parapet and moulded eaves cornice. Sashes have glazing bars intact. The centre sash to the West Street elevation and the 2nd sash to the Town Quay elevation have cornice and brackets. The Pier Public House has a C19 pub front with pilasters and panelled risers.
Forms a group with the Town Pier and the Three Daws Public House, High Street.
