Summary

Grade II listed building. Main construction periods 1700 to 1799. An 18th century three storey house, built of brown brick with a later weatherboarded extension to the left and a single storey, stuccoed extension to the right. Possibly incorporated into the buildings of Russell's Gravesend Brewery sometime after 1858.

2. C18. 3 storeys brown brick. Parapet. 2 sashes with glazing bars intact. Round-headed sash to ground floor and right side round-headed doorcase with 6 panelled door. Cemented plinth. Later weatherboarded extension to left and 1 storey stuccoed extension to right.
